Phanella FinePhanella Fine (1998) is an accredited coach and leadership consultant specialising in purpose-driven leadership, inclusivity and wellbeing. An Accredited Executive Coach with a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and 1000s of coaching hours under her belt, her coaching focusses on senior and emerging leaders, with a range of clients from FTSE 250 CEOs to lawyers and consultants successfully navigating partner promotion processes. She is also a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in the evidence-based practice of CBT, integrative mindfulness and clinical hypnosis.

Alongside her busy coaching practice, she designs and delivers large-scale leadership courses, as well as shorter group programmes on a range of leadership and wellbeing topics. She understands her clients because, alongside her extensive coaching practice, she has also walked in their shoes. Now as a co-founder of Up Rising Wellbeing, she combines her extensive experience and training to deliver wellbeing and leadership development programmes and provide executive coaching and mentoring to organisations.
